Recipe: 6lbs.Chicken Thighs (or bone in chicken breast) 1 Cup Cider Vinegar
11/2 Cups Soy Sauce
11/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Onion
4-5 Dried Bay Leaves
6-8 Garlic Cloves
1T Black Pepper or Rub
1/2 Dozen Eggs (optional)
Wash and dry the chicken. Place the chicken in a large soup pot with the listed
ingredients and slow simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove the chicken and quickly sear both sides over the grill as
shown. Return the chicken to the pot and simmer an additional 20-30 minutes. Serve out of the pot or on
rice.
