Apricot Glazed County Ham when you're looking for a quick and

(shoulder), already smoke cured, and available most anywhere in
the States. The additional smoke from your grill or smoker
makes Ham fit for a King's table. We show you step by step

Recipe: 7-9lbs Ham Butt (shoulder) 1/2 cup Apricot Glaze or
Preserve 1/8 cup Soy Sauce
Combine the
Apricot Glaze and Soy Sauce and apply all over the ham. Place
the ham onto a grate in a shallow roasting pan. Place the ham
in your grill opposite the hot coals (indirect heat ) Cook
in your covered grill at 300-350f for about 2.5 hours or until
the internal temperature of the ham reaches about 135f. Remove
from the grill and let sit for about 15 minutes before
slicing.
